Julian Bradley is a composer, specialising in writing and producing music for visual media.

He is classically trained as a composer, orchestrator and pianist, but is equally at home working in the digital studio environment, producing commercial music and working in sound design.

Drawing on his awareness and understanding of a wide range of musical idioms, his music is diverse, visually aware, and tends to reflect his interest in rhythm and harmony.

Julian has received considerable praise and recognition for recent concert pieces: ‘Venus, Cupid, Folly and Time’ was performed by the London Chamber Orchestra at the London National Gallery, and St John’s, Smith Square in 2009. The score has now been published.

Julian gained his masters degree in composition for film at Bristol University in 2009, and has a first class honours degree in music and fine art, having studied at the University of California (UCSC) under Anatole Leikin, and at the University of Lancaster under Neil Boynton and Takayuki Rai.
